灵异妙探(Psych)是一部美国侦探/罪案题材的喜剧，讲述一个年轻的警署顾问Shawn，有敏锐的观察力和缜密的推理能力，通过罪案现场的一点点蛛丝马迹和犯罪嫌疑人的不经意的小动作，就可以推理出罪案经过和真凶；而喜欢搞笑和恶作剧的Shawn则故意装做自己会通灵探案。
踌躇满志的职场新人吉井英美里（武井咲 饰）如愿加入大型综合商社帝都物产，可是她并未被分配到第一志愿的精英部门纤维一课，而是来到了一向被人轻视和嘲讽的总务部。总务部长高山彻太郎（竹中直人 饰）尽可能推诿责任，避免惹火烧身，次长浅野诚（吹越满 饰）则满嘴跑火车，对同事尤其是女性极其不尊重。而浅野的恶行似乎正是帝都物产长久以来的传统，女性无论多么能干都无法在这里创出天地，曾经担任纤维一课课长的大泽百合子（稻森泉 饰）正是这样一个可悲的牺牲品。更为可怕的是，公司内部的年龄歧视无处不在，面容姣好且青春靓丽的英美里，不知不觉成为大龄女性同事的眼中钉，此外更被迫卷入连绵的纠纷之中。倔强的英美里却不愿就此向各种不公低头…… 本片根据内馆牧子的小说改编。
对自己没有自信，没有恋爱经验的30岁图书馆员聪子（波琉 饰），与温柔绅士的凉介（濑户康史 饰）相遇，瞬间坠入爱河，在每天过着想要改变自己的生活中，聪子面前突然出现了一个自称是法国文学《恋爱论》作者司汤达（小日向文世 饰）。惊讶的聪子觉得恋爱烦恼过多，眼前出现了妄想，但似乎没有什么害处，不仅如此，为了和凉介谈恋爱，司汤达运用恋爱的技巧引导聪子，慢慢地让她重生。逐渐靠近的聪子和凉介，但聪子有着谁都不想知道的秘密过去……
