港台一带发生不少枪击罪案，经调查乃大陆一些不法之徒所为，黑松乃黑道大哥，为赚钱无恶不作，一次约好买家法兰于离岛作大批军火交易，但消息走漏被肥陈一伙埋伏欲杀人夺货，伺机再和买家联络，警方甚为重视这案件，分派人马往大陆调查及加强水陆两路的调查，探目阿明因犯错而被上司停职，失意之余流连酒吧，交上黑松，松邀他同往菲律宾发财，明答应，黑松命手下将军火运至食人岛，谁料遭食人族追杀，几经辛苦摆脱，但军火却不知道所踪，法兰在菲律宾聘杀手阿星追击黑松，以为他吞去军火订金，幸阿明出面保护，黑松将军火失落在食人岛之事告知法兰，彼此商量后决定联手同往找寻，众人至岛上，岛民见生面人而展开攻击，阿星被岛民捉去，欲与族长之女儿恋上，黑松等人在山洞内发现军火，双方展开争夺战，俩皆被对方击毙，阿明死里逃生，押着大批军火回港……
