故事发生在圣诞节前夕，母亲的健康突然出状况，让四名成年子女和他们令人头痛的父亲慌了手脚，面对可能即将发生的失去，家庭气氛也混乱失衡。但聪明的母亲六月处变不惊，以犀利的幽默、坦率的态度和丰沛的爱，安排好自己的人生谢幕。
