故事關於四種不同形式的愛情關係：不敢愛的網紅情侶黃鍾（Anson Kong 飾）與蘇情（吳千語 飾），害怕愛的千金Silver（蘇皓兒 飾）與出租男友Jerome（栢天男 飾），嘗試愛的志豪（馬志威 飾）與護士甜甜（湯洛雯 飾），期待愛的宅男龐江（白只 飾）與留學生心怡（陳欣妍飾）。四對男女主角同時在情人節前夕遇到感情中的各種難題，過程笑料百出，最終各人找到屬於自己的真愛，並於情人節的一場煙花下過了浪漫的一晚，從而帶出愛情總會以不同模式出現在身旁。
