本作は、小さな花屋を経営して幸せに暮らす野山穂花が、1通の手紙をきっかけに疑心暗鬼に陥っていく“愛憎・闇堕ち”ミステリー。花屋「リリアス」を営む穂花は、6歳下の夫・雅道と充実した新婚生活を送っていた。「お互いの過去は詮索せず、今を大事にしよう」と誓って2人は結婚したが、ある日彼女のもとに「あなたの夫の秘密を知っています」と書かれた差出人不明の手紙が届く。不信感を募らせた穂花は、雅道の周囲にいる女性に対して嫉妬や疑念を抱き始め、徐々に心が崩壊。不穏な出来事が次々と起こり、負の感情は、裏切り、復讐、略奪に発展していく。
