　　是一部以「職場騷擾」「性騷擾」「孕婦騷擾」等「騷擾」為主題展開的故事。
　　唐澤飾演經營超市的老字號公司內「企業規章制度部門」的室長，以自己獨特的手法和視點解決來自大家的難題和奇怪問題。

　　米田正子（松岛菜菜子 饰）是一名在东京国税局资料调查课任职的精英调查官，她创立了新的“复杂国税事案处理室”，专门处理连主部门都难以着手的棘手逃税案件。她招募了一群能力卓越却性格独特、不求升迁的成员，共同对付各类恶意隐匿收入的逃税者。新部门成员各有怪癖，但在米田的带领下，他们运用超强的信息搜集能力与调查技巧，将一个又一个狡猾的逃税分子逼入绝境。剧情以爽快的正邪对决为主轴，展现税务调查官如何凭专业与坚持维护社会公平，让努力纳税的人得到应有的正义。
