參加本節目的嘉賓會透過用上以下七種感官的遊戲去分辨食物，勝出或者達到某個要求就可獲得獎金，而且還會即席獲主持人（通常是鄧健泓）派現金（此舉也是無綫遊戲節目首次即席派現金），每完成兩個遊戲後以嘉賓手上的現金進行當集壓軸的身家大轉移。
