12月30日，無線電視新劇《食腦喪B》在香港將軍澳電視城舉行演員造型記者會，藝人江嘉敏、何廣沛及陳曉華出席為劇集宣傳。江嘉敏在劇中飾演紅斑狼瘡症患者，至於陳曉華飾演KOL，各自跟何廣沛都有感情線。何廣沛以喪屍造型現身，他稱自己暫時是劇中唯一喪屍。
