《嗨 ! 流清湾》是综合广播频道原创的山东首档乡村振兴样板间体验式真人秀节目。节目邀请了中俄意法四组国际体验官，一同来到山东省青岛市崂山区沙子口街道流清湾乡村振兴示范片区。在两天一夜的旅程里，体验官们寻宝竞技、下海捕鱼、上山采茶、海边夜话，一同探寻乡村振兴齐鲁样板密码。
邀请四组不同婚龄的夫妻和一组准夫妻代表，展开一场为期18天的家庭关系修学之旅，五组夫妻通过爱的联系修取学分，为亲密关系助力，修满即可毕业。
节目以“坦荡心动，爱意直行”为核心主题，聚焦真诚直白的新式恋爱，告别无效拉扯，走进心动小屋，见证单身青年之间萌生的浪漫情愫。
